PAYMENT POLICY

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If a payment plan is offered and a deposit is placed, you authorize us to securely store your card and charge the remaining balance on the scheduled date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.

By enrolling in a multi-week program (e.g., Mentorship), you commit to the full payment regardless of attendance or participation.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

We value your time and commitment. Please note:

All bookings are final.
There are no refunds, no rescheduling options, and no exceptions.

COPYRIGHT & MEDIA OWNERSHIP

All choreography, class content, photos, and videos are protected under copyright law.

Media captured during services — including classes, private sessions, workshops, and parties — may be co-owned by Amanda Gutierrez, the client, and the videographer. Use or redistribution without express permission is not permitted.
