RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident on studio property or any Redwall Studio event, which might occur to me during any of Redwall Studio’s classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities.

I also exempt, release and indemnify Redwall Studio, its owner, its volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury or death to me or property which may arise out off or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Redwall Studio. Further I understand and acknowledge that because of the physical nature of Dance, there may be physical contact between directors, employees, staff, company members, instructors and students during rehearsals, shows, workshops, productions and especially during dance instruction. I understand that at times for proper instruction and safety, physical contact is required and necessary.

I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights to hold Redwall Studio, its owners, volunteers and faculty, and/or students liable for any loss, damage, or injuries. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

MEDIA RELEASE
I give full rights and permission to Redwall Studio, and its staff to use photographs and/or videos of me or my child to use for promotional purposes in any and all media in perpetuity. Photos and videos will be used in brochures, websites, advertisements, and other promotional material created by the studio. Photos may appear with or without names in press releases and other print advertising. I shall have no rights whatsoever to the photos and/or videos taken.

RENTALS

After careful consideration we’ve made the decision to open our studio for private rentals during this extended shelter-in-place order. You can book your slot online at the capacity to one to two people using the space. If you are rehearsing with another person in the studio, we must require that you practice social distancing and dance at least 6 feet apart from each other.

Professional videography is prohibited unless you book a “Video Shoot Rental” or “Service 2” on our booking page. Anyone who is renting with improper use or incorrectly booking not following our guidelines in our description will be banned from future rentals.

For anyone who books the studio, we will leave cleaning supplies in the waiting area and kindly ask that you thoroughly wipe down surfaces before and after you use the studio. To ensure the safety of our students, we are reserving the right to refuse rentals to anyone who fails to adequately clean the space before and after their time slot.

By continuing with my purchase of any class, rental or service, I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above stated waiver of liability, photo/video release and COVID restrictions.
